Prices from 1/4/2012

Weekend rates: (Fri, Sat and Sun nights, year round)

  • $500 per night - includes up to four people (adults or children)
  • Extra adults: $60 pp/pn, extra Children*: $45 pp/pn

    • Weekday rates (Mon - Thurs ) excluding school holidays

  • $225 per night for two people, minimum two nights.
  • Extra adults $50 per person, children $30 per person. 

    • Weekday Rates School Holidays(Mon- Thurs)

  • $300 per night for 2 people.
  • Extra Adults $50 pp/pn, Extra children $40 pp/pn.

    • Memorable Mudgee Weekend Package

    Indulge your palate and have a relaxing weekend with friends at Ruwenzori. Package includes two nights accommodation (fri/sat or sat/sun), complimentary wine on arrival, a four-hour winery tour with experienced local guides (pick up and drop off at Ruwenzori) and a gourmet three–course dinner prepared for you in your very own dining carriage.

    Price per head (minimum 8 people): $320    (three nights - $395 per head)

    Weekend package for 8 people includes:

    • 2 nights accommodation
    • Winery tour
    • 3 course dinner prepared and served for you at Ruwenzori
    • Complimentary wine on arrival.
    Transport to Ruwenzori and all other meals not included.

    To make a booking please fill out the booking form. This is a PDF** which you can download, fill out, save and email to us (or post).

    You can also make your booking over the phone by providing your credit card details.

    Conditions

    We have a minimum two night booking policy, three nights on Long Weekends. Long weekends there is usually a minimum booking of 8 people required.

    Check in is from 2pm, check out is 10am, later check-out may be requested.

    We do require 50% of the total fee to confirm your booking, you can do this either by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

    Full payment is required on or before arrival - we accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Direct deposit, cheques and cash.

    All rates are subject to change without notice, please check prior to arranging your booking regarding tariffs.

    No Show Policy: if you do not cancel your booking you will be charged the full cost of your booking.

    Cancellation: if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable. Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice will occur a processing fee of $25.

    *"Child" is anyone under 16, unless it's a child under 3 and you are supplying their bedding.
