The perfect match: Krispy Kreme launches doughnuts with Nutella

What happens when the world’s favourite hazelnut spread meets the most awesome doughnuts…? Two become yum!

The ultimate partnership has happened! From today for a limited time only, Krispy Kreme South Australia stores will sell Krispy Kreme doughnuts with Nutella – everyone’s favourite hazelnut spread.

Dough’nut miss out on the two new varieties: deliciously dipped or lovingly filled. For the first, Krispy Kreme has dipped its classic doughnut in Nutella hazelnut spread with cocoa and then topped it with a sprinkling of caramelised hazelnuts. The second variety is Nutella filled with a dusting of icing sugar and a drizzle of Nutella on top.

This is the first time Nutella has collaborated in Australia to create the perfect doughnut with Nutella recipe.

Krispy Kreme South Australia General Manager Mark Higginbottom said, “Bringing together these two world-favourite icons is quite something. We‘ve been working closely with Nutella to develop the two new doughnuts we hope our customers will really enjoy. “

“Like our collaboration earlier in the year with Robern Menz, our customers always love new products, and we expect they’ll gather a cult following when we launch them. Their eyes are going to glaze over with Nutella-induced joy!” Mark said.

Delivered fresh daily to Krispy Kreme stores South Australia, Krispy Kreme with Nutella doughnuts sell for $3.50 each (or $6 two packs and $11 four packs). They are up for grabs until 19th June at Krispy Kreme, so get in quick to get your hands on limited-edition deliciousness.
