Collection Notice
OTR (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to ensuring the privacy of personal information of individuals with whom we deal.
We will only collect, store, use and disclose your personal information, which includes contact details (such as your name, email address, mobile phone or postal or residential address), which you may provide to us as part of your report, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the Corporations Act 2001 and our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy is available on our website and details how we collect, use, manage and disclose personal information. It also outlines how you can access and seek correction to your personal information, and how you can complain about a breach of privacy.
While there is no requirement to do so, we recommend that you provide us with your contact details so we can contact you to discuss your concerns and seek further information from you as necessary. There may be some practical limitations in investigating your report without your contact details.
This notice and our Privacy Policy form part of our collection notice to you about your report, as required by Australian Privacy Principle 5.
